Play Better. Hurt Never.

About Push Swing

In 2023, I was stuck in bed with severe sciatica. I couldn’t walk, and swinging a golf club felt like a distant memory. But I refused to let that be the end of my story.

With a background as a medical doctor trained in China, I knew there had to be a better way—a smarter, safer swing for aging golfers and anyone dealing with pain. After months of testing, adjusting, and swinging through setbacks, I created the Push Swing.

What started as a personal recovery method has now helped golfers across the country rediscover their game—without pain.

Mission

We help struggling golfers rediscover the game—pain-free, confident, and in control. Whether you're coming off an injury or just can’t swing like you used to, we believe there’s still joy, power, and precision waiting for you.

Push Swing is here to prove: you don’t have to quit—you just have to adapt.

Vision

We believe golf should be a lifelong game—one that brings joy, community, and movement into every stage of life.

Our vision is to become the most trusted pain-free golf swing method in the world, helping millions of everyday golfers continue playing without giving up their health or happiness.

We aim to change the way the golf world thinks about aging, injury, and performance—proving that you don’t need to swing harder to play better

What Is Push Swing?

Push Swing is a revolutionary golf swing method designed for seniors, injured golfers, and anyone who struggles with traditional swing mechanics. It was developed by Fran Chen, a former medical doctor who healed himself from debilitating sciatica by creating a new way to swing the golf club—without twisting his back or relying on complex rotation.

At the heart of Push Swing is a simple concept: "Don’t twist—push."

Instead of generating power through spinal torque and hip rotation, Push Swing focuses on moving the entire body forward in a natural, pain-free motion. The result? Easy weight transfer, sweet spot consistency, and a swing that’s gentle on the back, hips, and joints.

Key Benefits

  • Easy for Seniors – Simple movement patterns with minimal stress on the spine

  • Pain-Free Mechanics – No forced rotation or torque on the lower back

  • Fast Learning Curve – Most golfers hit the sweet spot consistently in under 10 hours

  • Better Balance & Control – Uses natural body movement for effortless follow-through

  • Sweet for Everyone – Works for golfers of all ages and skill levels who want more consistency

The Push Swing Difference

1. The Push Step

Instead of twisting your hips, you step into the shot.

  • The back foot moves forward during the swing

  • This motion transfers your weight automatically

  • You feel like you're pushing your body forward—not rotating

2. No More Hanging Back

Most struggling golfers fail to transfer weight. With Push Swing:

  • Your back foot leaves the ground naturally

  • All your weight lands on the front foot

  • You finish balanced and tall — no falling backward, no sway

3. Hands Follow the Body

Push Swing teaches you to:

  • Stop swinging with just your arms

  • Let the club follow your forward motion

  • Keep your spine aligned and your motion in sync

Why It Works for Pain Relief

Traditional swings rely heavily on rotation:

  • "Turn your hips"

  • "Maintain spine angle"

  • "Explode through the ball"

These moves are tough—especially if you’ve got back pain, stiffness, or injuries.

Push Swing is different:

  • You don’t twist your back

  • You don’t hold tension in your spine

  • You simply step in, push forward, and swing naturally

“I don’t twist my back. I move my whole body forward. That’s why I can play pain-free.” — Fran Chen

  • Seniors who feel limited by flexibility or pain

  • Golfers recovering from injuries

  • Beginners who want to learn a repeatable swing fast

The Push Swing Promise

"Easy for Seniors. Sweet for Everyone."

Whether you've been playing for 30 years or 30 days, Push Swing will help you:

  • Hit straighter, more consistent shots
